Senior WEB QA Automation engineer

The customer is engaged in public safety products and solutions. The main goal of this project is development and implementation of an AI system for safe and unhindered non-contact screening, which prevents intruders from bringing weapons into public places and workplaces. The customer's headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in the United States.

Using advanced sensors and artificial intelligence, the systems screen everyone who enters the premises without having to hand over their belongings or even slow down. The users of the system are schools, airports, sports stadiums and arenas, entertainment centers, reception places, courts, government agencies, healthcare institutions, etc.

Stack: Linux, python, FastAPI; Jenkins, AWS, Terraform, git, jira.
The team is international and consists of 9 people: Python developers, DevOps, ML developer, QA, Team Lead.

What responsibilities you will have:

- Design, develop, and maintain an automated testing framework for web applications, ReSTful APIs and visualization portals
- nDebug, highlight and find solutions for complex problems
- As Member of the Agile Development team, participate in the Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review, and retrospective
- Review and provide constructive feedback to team members’ automation and tool codes
- Develop internal QA tools to efficiently test components/applications
- Support CI/CD pipelines and tool integration.
