What you will do:

Manage affiliate team, be responsible for a team strategy and results;
Support team with daily tasks and achieving OKRs results;
Find and outreach new affiliate partners;
Negotiate with new and existing affiliate partners;
Manage affiliate tracking platforms and networks;
Manage affiliate payouts;
Analyze existing affiliate traffic and ROI (return on investment);
Initiate negotiations with affiliate partners;
Create briefs for new affiliate landing pages for the content team.

What we expect:

2+ years of experience in and strong know-how of affiliate or influencer marketing;
Previous experience in B2B marketing would be an advantage;
Experience in working with affiliate tracking systems;
Good management skills. Preferable previous experience as a team lead;
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of main performance metrics in affiliate marketing;
Creativity in new promotions search.

Gross salary 3100 - 4460 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
