Product Manager, Integrations

Omnisend is a SaaS marketing platform to answer it all. As a product manager, you will be responsible for building an event-based customer data platform enabling ingestion of any type of merchant's customer data from various data sources (eCommerce platforms, public API, 3p applications, our own application) and making it possible for various product functionalities to work with this data (e.g. segmentation, analytics, automation). Join us if you have a background in working with platform teams, data or event-based products, data management platforms, customer data platforms, or similar. Please also apply if you don’t have strong experience in the mentioned areas, but would have the ambition to become an expert in this field.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

  • Become a domain expert in terms of our customers, eCommerce and retail businesses, other vendors in the market, integrations using API, Partner portal and App market, event-based products in general;
  • Focus on value creation for a customers who are using integrations with Omnisend;
    Improve API according to developers and market needs;
  • Constantly look for the most impactful ways to reach company goals;
  • Contribute and co-own value stream level and team level OKRs and GIST;
  • Work with product (experience) teams to evangelize the App market, integrations and ecosystem creation to identify needs and opportunities to make more value;
  • Work with a dedicated engineering team;
  • Work on business analysis and requirements gathering based on high-level goals only;
  • Work closely with both product and engineering leadership.

  • Experience using data and analytics to measure the impact of your work;
  • Results-driven approach and an owner's mindset;
  • Fluent in English.
