Job description:

Cooperate with management team to identify recruitment needs;
Define and review job descriptions, post and manage open positions;
Manage end to end recruitment process and ensure to fill in open positions (source, headhunt, interview and select talents);
Manage external and internal communication channels;
Ensure positive candidate and newcomer experience within the process;
Create and monitor perspective talent pipeline;
Initiate, participate and monitor talent attraction and retention projects;
Implement modern recruitment solutions;
Create hiring plans to support future hiring needs;
Build a strong global recruitment network;
Other HR duties and responsibilities based on the needs of the organization.

Requirement:

Experience in recruitment not less than 2 years (preferable in global recruitment);
LinkedIn and other recruitment tools expert;
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency in sourcing, negotiating and hiring;
Attention to details and organizational skills;
You are disciplined and organized;
Fluent speaking and writing in English;
Fluent speaking and writing in Russian;
Experience of working in an international company (preferable);
Successful track of developing positive relationships with internal clients.
