Job description:
- Cooperate with management team to identify recruitment needs;
- Define and review job descriptions, post and manage open positions;
- Manage end to end recruitment process and ensure to fill in open positions (source, headhunt, interview and select talents);
- Manage external and internal communication channels;
- Ensure positive candidate and newcomer experience within the process;
- Create and monitor perspective talent pipeline;
- Initiate, participate and monitor talent attraction and retention projects;
- Implement modern recruitment solutions;
- Create hiring plans to support future hiring needs;
- Build a strong global recruitment network;
- Other HR duties and responsibilities based on the needs of the organization.
Requirement:
- Experience in recruitment not less than 2 years (preferable in global recruitment);
- LinkedIn and other recruitment tools expert;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency in sourcing, negotiating and hiring;
- Attention to details and organizational skills;
- You are disciplined and organized;
- Fluent speaking and writing in English;
- Fluent speaking and writing in Russian;
- Experience of working in an international company (preferable);
- Successful track of developing positive relationships with internal clients.
