Job description
- Work closely together with the WFM team and cover additional tasks during absences
- Communication with employees
- Optimizing the handled volume for all Channels to ensure the Forecast is met within predetermined KPIs and the optimal allocation of skills
- Monitoring and ensuring the highest possible productivity, taking into account commercial aspects
Requirements
- Analytical mindset
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Ideally, experience in scheduling/tracking
- English language
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience in scheduling and / or real time management
- Experience with any planning software beneficial (TSQ, Aspect, etc.)
- Preferably business education /desirably work experience in service centers
