Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business or related study field
• 3 years experience in successfully building, scaling, and leading a high performing sales team
• Must be able to create an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment
• Must be a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to implement new policies and processes that scale and stand the test of time
• Effectively and simultaneously manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle
• Excellent command of Lithuania and English languages


Job description

• Develop and implement strategies to find and attract new clients by ensuring the best client experience
• Closely collaborate with technical staff to find out client’s needs and make a unique offer
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new services for the client
• Define certain sales objectives and drive the team to achieve targets
• Manage sales team while being heavily involved in the motivation, drive, and development of new talent within the company
• Conduct regular competitor, performance, and client analysis
