JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attract, select, and on-board in-house employees and freelance language specialists from all over the world.
- Maintain and update internal databases and improve existing processes and instructions, create new instructions or processes as per need.
- Suggest various initiatives according to the needs of our employees.
- Effectively work four days per week and have one day for your own leisure - yes, that is our full time position: 4 work days per week. :)
