TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER
Our People’s department is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, who has proven experience in talent sourcing, selection, recruitment, managers’ coaching on talent attraction and acquisition. This role will focus on delivering our strategy to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition that truly reflects our purpose, principles and values and that fully supports diversity and inclusion within the company. We promise a place for you to contribute and be enabled with a wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:
- Directly and effectively sourcing candidates through various channels, including online and social media.
- Searching for the selection channels in companies’ owned units worldwide.
- Owning the people acquisition process and tracking tools to ensure the delivery of an effective recruitment process.
- Ensuring job adverts creation, that effectively reach a diverse pool of talented candidates, using personal contacts to widen the search, building proactive candidates’ pipeline to achieve organizational goals.
- Delivering creative search and selection methodologies to create an inclusive recruitment process.
- Conduct selections for a variety of positions, including senior management.
- Ensuring positive, most up to date and methodological newcomer’s experience.
- Building effective relationships with managers and People’s Team, providing a consultative approach to talent acquisition.
- Pro-actively participating in People process improvement strategy.
- Working with company’s IT systems to monitor and ensure smooth People’s Departments processes.
- Achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
We dream about a team member who:
- Has at least 6 months’ experience of talent sourcing.
- Has experience in international recruitment field (advantage).
- Has experience in sourcing talents for diverse positions.
- Knows end-to-end recruitment activities, such as talent sourcing, talent pipeline, market benchmarking.
- Is customer service minded with ability to ensure candidate’s expectations are met.
- Has strong relationship building skills and developing effective partnerships.
- Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Has excellent skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level.
- Is flexible with good time management skills.
- Has respectful and positive attitude.
