For one of our subsidiary companies, Digital Aero Technologies, we are searching for Junior Financial Analyst with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work with others well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

• As a Junior Finance analyst your main duty will be financial and business data, ensuring high quality of data accuracy;
• Maintenance of Unified Accounting and Reporting process with the Group (unified chart of accounts, accounting data export reports);
• Consolidation and reporting of Group entities budgets and forecasts to the Group;
• Control of financial data quality in accordance with Group policies;
• Development and preparation of management reports of business activities;
• You will be responsible for financial budget preparation tasks and performing main KPI analysis;
• You will perform tasks related to ensuring accounting and reporting in accordance with the IFRS framework;
• You will assist management with ad hoc requests;
• Close cooperation with the Group finance team to help constantly develop the Group’s finance function and contribute to its continuous improvement of reporting and other internal processes.

Requirements:

• You will be successful in this role if you are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-performing organization;
• You should have higher education in Finance, Economics, Business administration, or equivalent;
• Understanding of IFRS 16 will be considered an advantage;
• You should have at least 1-year work experience in Finance Analysis, Finance Control, Finance reporting, or one audit season in BIG4;
• You should be proficient with MS Office programs, excellent MS Excel and PP skills;
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written);
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, do analysis and draw valid conclusions;
• Ability to play a highly proactive, participative role when working across teams, demonstrating and promoting cooperation;
• Experience with BI tools and data science would be an advantage;
• A team player, with pro-active approach and focus on solutions and goals.
