Doing a great job with us will include:
• Taking care of employees' relocation process, preparing and assisting with documents, as well as solving ongoingly related questions with employees, legal team, and migration authorities.
• Preparing and processing all kinds of employee-related documents (work agreements, orders, amendments, etc.),
• Timely management of the employees and related data within internal and external systems,
• Administrate operational documents, data, and information flow (such as equipment, insurance, labor safety, compensations of sport, emotional health, learning, etc.)
The match for the professional requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar or relevant position,
• Bachelors or relevant degree in Business Management, Law, Finance, or related field,
• Fluent Lithuanian and advanced level of English (B2) – English will be your primary daily language,
• Excellent knowledge of employment standards in Lithuania,
• Proficient computer literacy skills.
