The team supports planning licensing and hardware purchases, implements, integrates, educates, provides technical support and develops dedicated applications. „Promise Baltics“ delivers solutions to all business sectors, public administration, healthcare system and education. They have experience in Financial and Insurance, Energy, Retail, Media and telecommunication, Public Administration and Health industries.
- Establish and manage long term relationships with Microsoft Partners;
- Generate leads and do active market research;
- Provide high-quality project management services to the Partners;
- Facilitate Partner onboarding, demonstration of the platform and post agreement relationship maintaining;
- Conduct regular Partner performance reviews to determine how the partner is succeeding;
- Align to the companies objectives, strategies and plans.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales of IT solutions to commercial sector;
- Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships with Partners;
- Deep understanding of Partners needs, focus on long-termed trust, relationship and visions;
- Ability to analyse client's needs;
- Dynamic, flexible thinker, full of energy, has impeccable integrity and loyalty;
- Fluent English.
