• oversee the monthly reports, annual accounts, closing, budgeting, and reporting
• support company departments during the budget cycles
• provide financial analysis and insights on financial results development to company management
• escalate deviations and propose corrective actions to department managers
• ensure that organization deliverables meet budget and strategy requirements
• effectively collaborate with departments for extensive analysis and ad hoc request needs to support market demand on financial performance
• actively contribute to financial process improvements
• risk management according to REWE group standards and policies
• manage and develop your team

REQUIREMENTS

• at least 6 years of professional experience in Finance Controlling ideally gained in an international environment
• excellent people management skills and inspirational leader
• influencing skills and ability to build trust, collaborate, and engage with senior stakeholders
• professional who is driving change and adopting the unknown
  
• excellent data presentation skills and ability to write clearly and concisely
  
• strong analytical skills, ability to work independently
  
• excellent English skills - written and verbal communications skills
  
• master's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
