We are looking for a highly motivated Finance controller position.

What are you going to do at BGS:

• Analysing financial reports;
• Prepare internal control procedures;
• Monitoring internal and external controls;
• Participating in budgeting processes;
• Managing financial transactions;
• Evaluating and managing risk;
• Coordinating audit processes.

What do we expect from you:

• Bachelor/Masters or equivalent degree (economics, finance or similar);
• Professional experience with at least 2 years in finance control position;
• Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands-on ability to work in a dynamic, fast evolving environment and tight deadlines with a positive attitude;
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, proactive and action-oriented;
• Experience of implementing Lean system in daily operations;
• Strong leadership and self-motivation skills;
• Ability to fluently speak, read and write in Lithuanian/English.
