Doing a great job with us will include:
- Preparing and processing all kinds of employee-related documents (work agreements, orders, amendments, etc.),
- Taking care of employees' relocation process, preparing and assisting with documents, as well as solving ongoingly related questions with employees, legal team, and migration authorities,
- Administrate operational documents, data, and information flow (such as equipment, insurance, labor safety, compensations of sport, emotional health, learning, etc.)
- Timely management of the employees and related data within internal and external systems.
The match for the professional requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or relevant position,
- Fluent Lithuanian and advanced level of English (B2) – English will be your primary daily language,
- Excellent knowledge of employment standards in Lithuania,
- Bachelors or relevant degree in Business Management, Law, Finance, or related field,
- Proficient computer literacy skills.
