Job description:
Godel is on the constant lookout for motivated people to join our mastery program for SDET (QA Automation Engineering) to join one of our teams engaged in development of business applications for major British companies. We always have new and exciting projects with opportunities to improve your skills in a wide spectrum of technologies related to web development. If you are enthusiastic and ambitious developer, willing to take active participation in shaping of a product, this job is for you!
Mastery program is planned for 3 months period. At the end of our mastery program, there is a great oppurtunity to join our company as Junior Engineer!
What you will do & learn:
- OOP: an in-depth study of complex topics
- Common types of automation and development tools such as Selenium, Page Object Pattern, BDD, UI and API testing, NUnit (or its analogues), Entity Framework, IDE (for example Visual Studio for C #), Git, etc.
- The theory of manual testing (consolidate basic knowledge)
- You will work with algorithms & develop OOP thinking
- Currently, training is conducted in one of three programming languages: Java / C # / JS / Python.
- Important: you will not learn programming from scratch on courses, most of the time is devoted to tools and various types of automation. That's why knowledge of the basics of OOP is necessary to pass the courses
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in QA automation engineering, knowledge of theoretical foundations
- Databases knowledge and ability to apply basic SQL queries
- Ability to use atleast one on the beginner level: Java, C#, JavaScript or Python
- Good english language skills
- Motivated individual with good teamworking skills
- Ability to work full-time
