Requirements for candidates to the Human Resourses & Office Manager position:
• Drive for innovative HR solutions and process improvement;
• Strong internal and external customer focus;
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Strong communication skills, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a result-oriented manner;
• Experience in day-to-day HR operations and handling offices;
• Understanding and expertise in Lithuanian labor law;
• Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct report;
• Experience with fast pace environment;
• Fluency in both: Lithuanian and English.
Job description
• Providing HR advice to the leadership team and act as a trusted partner;
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the business and at any level in the organization;
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other divisions (present on site) to ensure cohesive delivery of HR services to the local staff;
• Developing and implementing adequate and innovative HR solutions taking into consideration corporate guidelines and local social legislation;
• Actively participating in the local, European HR community and build up efficient relationships;
• Effective administration along with hands-on office management;
• Taking care of settlements with contractors;
• Co-operation with other SIG’s branches across the EU;
• Optimizing and leading costs and administrative processes;
• Close co-operation with Legal, Financial, IT departments;
• Supporting senior management in daily duties;
• Delivering day-to-day life cycle support, from onboarding to offboarding and on all HR and people-related matters in between;
• Leading and developing the HR team based on site;
• Maintaining employee and payroll data;
• Driving a positive employee relations culture;
• Ensuring general HR compliance in Lithuania.
