Better requires process discipline and simplification

You'll be joining our Business Analysis team within Robotics and Intelligent Automation department to execute business process automation initiatives. In the Process Automation Analyst role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and documenting process automation requirements. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Agile development teams before and during automation development. Perform automated process User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure process readiness for deployment. Analyze the performance of automation to ensure the continued effectiveness of automated processes. Suggest and implement improvement ideas to evolve our way of working.

For this role, you need to have experience with business process mapping, requirements definition, and process improvement. Experience with process automation, macros programming, and/or scripting would make you stand out. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you have proven yourself as a team player who can communicate effectively. Bachelor's degree in the Business or Information Technology field would be considered an advantage.

The monthly gross base salary is from 1929 - 3034 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
