In our production plant in Kaunas a Production Planner will execute production planning in a production operation, focused on attaining the required production output within specified resource constraints in clearly defined contexts. More detailed task description:

• Tracking plan fulfillment including checks regarding material availability, production scheduling, order release, material reservation and production deadlines;
• Identifying the causes that could lead to the delay of specific deliveries, finding viable solutions and informing the sales scheduler in clearly defined contexts;
• Frequently align with material management, production and sales planning reviewing customer orders, production capabilities and material availability;
• Supporting the special needs for SOP and EOP products;
• Assuring and maintaining master data accuracy and performance measurements (KPIs);
• Planning production and scheduling production sequences, using the ERP system especially considering lead times, shipping dates, sales forecasts, customer orders as well as backorders in clearly defined contexts;
• Evaluation of capacity loads for production lines in clearly defined contexts;
  Involvement in optimization projects concerning production planning processes;
• Carrying out other tasks related to this position.

• Very good English language skills;
• Exceptional analytical skills and logical thinking with regards to processes;
• More than 1 year position-related experience is preferred;
• Concentration on root causes and improvement in a sustainable way;
• Committed attitude and high sense of responsibility.
• High proficiency in Excel is a plus (formulas, pivot tables, macros).

From 1900 to 2200 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
