What You Will Do:
- Working closely with Event Marketing team to better execute event marketing strategies;
- Collaborating with Event & Communications Manager, Event Marketing Manager, Content Team, Video Production Specialist, SEO, UI/UX teams, developers, and freelancers to achieve overall event marketing team goals;
- Create event marketing related content (e.g. event landing pages, emails, technical scripts, etc.);
- Planning and managing end-to-end communication with speakers including researching and reaching out to potential event speakers, travel and expenses guidance, invitations, submission status, speaker preparation, meeting agendas, resources, and more;
- Managing various event suppliers and logistics locally and internationally, including scheduling and managing production meetings, speaker rehearsals, test runs, etc;
- Researching and managing suitable venues and platforms for online and live events.
What We Expect:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or event production/execution;
- Outstanding communications skills both verbally and in writing;
- Well organized and attentive to details, able to plan and manage several diverse projects at once;
- Adaptable and calm in high-stress, tight deadline situations and patient in the face of changing priorities;
- A passion for planning and facilitating events;
- Proactiveness and a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
- Fluency in English;
- Interest in technology and innovations is a big plus.
