What You Will Do:
- Maintain day-to-day communication (emails, calls, business trips/live meetings) and consult B2B enterprise customers as a dedicated Account Manager to ensure general satisfaction - customer retention;
- Proactively identify and lead new upsell opportunities towards successful closure;
- Generate new ideas for value-creating activities with the customers (new campaigns, feedback collection ways, etc.);
- Be the main product advocate and independently navigate specific technical topics in communication with our customers;
- Proactively share the most important customer feedback with the product team for potential new business cases and product improvements;
- Keep up to date and supervise CRM data - status, opportunities, tasks, conversions, enrichment;
- Data deliveries - ensuring our clients get the correct data in time, in the right frequency, and format;
- Taking care of billing - sending invoices and getting them paid together with the Accounting team;
- Spreading the word of any changes in our offering via regular campaigns.
What We Expect:
- Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills;

- Ability to deliver positive results for customers by understanding business/personal needs and build strong relationship;
