Recruitment of experienced employees is difficult almost for any company. We are building outbound recruitment solutions that make hiring for hard-to-fill roles easier. With the help of our process and software, startups have successfully hired engineers, product managers, designers, sales and marketing specialists, C-level executives, and other roles. We are growing our team and looking for a Country Manager in Lithuania. The main aim of the role is to seek new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing clients.
What you would do
- Represent jobRely in the Lithuanian market
- Continue business development in Lithuania
- Develop relationships with existing clients
- Support Project Management team with account management
What we expect
- 5+ years of experience with B2B Sales
- In-depth knowledge of business development and account management
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Fluent Lithuanian & English
- A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
