SAP Integrations Service Manager

My name is Olegas Matiušovas and I am heading SAP Platform Services team at Telia Company. Our team is focused on SAP platforms, integrations, monitoring, change management, roles and compliance, license management and end-user experience operations and delivery across whole enterprise. We are global team located in Baltics and Nordics.

Here in Telia we started our journey to the cloud (public and private cloud). Our goal is to bring cloud flexibility to our business ensuring our services are constantly improving. Our latest achievement SAP ERP conversion to SAP S/4HANA alongside with migration to AWS public cloud.   

As SAP Integration Service Manager you will collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure high quality of integration services.

Your next opportunity?
As SAP Integrations Service Manager your focused on SAP platforms related integrations governance, operations, solutions development and vision. 

This role includes following responsibilities:

• Act as integrations solution owner being responsible for the service stability as per agreed SLAs, OLAs
• Support stakeholders collecting functional and non-functional requirements
• Cross-team activities coordination and management including offshore teams from our partners
• Ensure continues improvements of service
• Roadmaps preparation as per area of responsibility
• Contribute to the PI planning ensuring integrations activities planning and execution
• As SAP integration owner contribute to different projects globally, facilitate new integration technologies onboarding

Your experience:

For this position, we are looking for someone with SAP experience in integrations and management experience. Furthermore, you need:

• Previous service management experience (minimum 1 year)
• ITIL and Agile practice
• Knowledge of SAP PO/PI, BODS Data services integration platforms
• Minimum 3 years of SAP PO/PI, BODS implementation experience
• Integration solutions development in Public Cloud experience (SAP, AWS based preferably)
• Experience designing and building B2B interfaces
• E2E processes monitoring experience
• A university degree (bachelor as minimum)
• Excellent skills both in written and spoken English
