Center of Excellence is a part Intrum's Chief Operating Officer Office and takes the key role in supporting shared services centers & global Intrum organization on the journey of change and improvement. You would be actively working with One Intrum Transformation Program - new core operating model and implementing a global digital end-to-end collection process. This includes leveraging one common collection system, allowing for fully digitized end-to-end processes where the organization utilizes unified data output from standard processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Run analyses to support Transformation Program benefit realization
• Identify and quantify potential deviations from benefit realization plan
• Support validation of reported Transformation Program benefits
• Create Transformation Program reporting materials
• Support with other Transformation Office tasks primarily within value realization

About you:

• Fluent in English
• Analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power Point skills would be an advantage
• Education in finance or experience in project management field would be an advantage

Salary:

1300 - 1900 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
