DEPUTY OCC MANAGER

Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offer its' clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's technical matters, handle fleet expansion and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Support in supervision of OCC procedures and in compliance to standards required by the Authorities and Company policies;
• Daily review and report of operational KPI;
• Actively encourage ideas and developments that improve operational performance as a whole;
• Support in controlling and supervising cost related to operational activities;
• Supervising efficient project management of all operations related activities;
• Other tasks related to operation and production activities and delegated by OCC Manager.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 3+ years of experience in airline operations;
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant EASA regulations and any other procedures applicable to OCC functions;
• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
