JAVA Developer (SIRIP Project)

At the moment Insoft is expanding its team in Vilnius and is looking for:

JAVA DEVELOPER

You will be working on the State Information Resources Interoperability Platform (SIRIP) project:

SIRIP (www.epaslaugos.lt) is an e-Government platform created to provide centralized access to public e-Services in Lithuania. The platform provides a full range of services, ranging from infrastructure services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to customer-facing services (such as online access to state registries, permit requests, and retrieval, etc.). It also provides unified authorization and authentication services for all nation-wide public sector services, provides proxy services for EU-wide authentication service platforms.

The platform is a fusion of best-of-the-breed tools accompanied by bespoke solutions. Infrastructure is based on the Oracle SOA Suite package, with a database engine from Oracle running in HA mode across multiple geographical sites. The cloud infrastructure is implemented using VMWare products.

Java Developer will have a very important mission to maintain and develop the platform, which was created by Insoft and is used everyday by many of us accessing VMI, e.sveikata, Regitra, and many more important services of Lithuania.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating large scale WEB applications using popular JAVA frameworks
• Exploring new business solutions to continually enhance functionality that fulfills user needs
• Preparing and producing releases of software components
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant field
• Have 2+ years of experience working with JAVA
• Demonstrate accuracy, responsibility and motivation in your daily tasks
• Good team work skills, experience working in agile scrum environment
• Experience with Spring boot, REST API, SQL
• Be familiar with JMS, Docker, ZK framework (optional)
