The main goal of the role is identifying business growth opportunities and managing organization’s effort to fill in these opportunity gaps. Work with different departments to identify growth opportunities throughout the omnichannel company.
As an E-Commerce Development Manager you will:
- Look for new opportunities to grow the business, identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow
- Develop and manage product concept, budget, and resources
- Generate new ideas for certain customer groups acquisition and retention
- Develop new platform infrastructure
- Calculate business cases and ROI
- Analyse and predict competitors

- Higher education of business management or similar
- Work experience in e-commerce or other tech companies
- Work experience in business development, product management
- Big scale IT projects management understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set and follow priorities
- Leadership and strategic planning
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages
