Who We’re Looking For

The Bazaarvoice Managed Technical Services Team is looking for candidates experienced with delivering custom integration technologies in a professional services capacity. This individual will be responsible for delivering the scope of work in an allocated time frame as described in the SOW. They will be responsible for many phases of the clients’ projects including planning, design, implementation, configuration, training and transition to other teams.

Background:

The Managed Technical Services Team at Bazaarvoice is responsible for the technical integration of customers who leverage some of our newest products and services. The service offerings of the team include but are not limited to:
· Product Implementation Services – including the optional business, technical and integration tasks that a customer could utilize for assistance in getting operational on a Product or Platform.
· Assistance with consulting and support with KPI establishment, technical design and configuration, training and enablement, code and data integration, and testing and troubleshooting.
· These services are delivered based on the terms outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and are deemed “complete” upon the conclusion of the project per the terms of the SOW.

The Role:

The Managed Technical Services Consultant proactively engages with the Client throughout the length of the project with the primary objective of enabling the Clients integration of Bazaarvoice’s products and services. This is a hybrid role that incorporates both business and technical skills and experience.

Salary range start at 1600 EUR gross per month depending on experience and skills the candidate will bring to the role.

Requirements:

Essential Criteria;
1+ years of experience in a support or customer-facing role where support for services or products was delivered within a predefined time frame (SLA).
Prior experience in a customer-facing technology role.
High attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).


Desired criteria;
A high sense of urgency with an understanding around delivering the highest amount of value in the least amount of time.
Demonstrated experience in taking consultative approach to understand client objectives and working with clients to guide them towards an implementation that meets established objectives.
Experience guiding SaaS clients through implementation/onboarding.
The ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at a time while maintaining high quality results.
The ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and business environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent


Nice to have;
Basic understanding of scripting languages.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills using industry-accepted best-practices and tools.
