In January 2022 the Client & Credit Management organisation of our Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) segment underwent an organisational restructuring. The team

Client Management in LC&I services Danske Bank’s most sophisticated customers, engaging in direct contact with clients and offering support and guidance on a wide array of corporate banking products.

Your role will be to make sure that key platforms and systems used are well supported, that processes are efficient and well documented, and to take the lead on ideas and improvement opportunities as they emerge. We are undergoing a major transformation, so ensuring we are not leaving any stones unturned will also be a fair part of your day-to-day activities.

You will become an integral part of the customer-centric value chain and get to know Danske Bank’s offering model to our largest corporate and institutional customers.

The Senior Development Position is multifaceted, and it is an advantage if you are skilled in multiple disciplines in the spheres of stakeholder management, communication and process mapping.

You will:

  • Be involved in transforming the client management set-up to become more digital and efficient
  • Make sure our current customer management infrastructure is robust, and take the lead on ideas and opportunities for improvement
  • Have a mandate to set directions, define guidelines, coordinate case handling tool usage and more
  • Contribute to the design and content of our processes, formulate insights and coordinate improvement initiatives
  • Identify ways and drive efforts to empower and mature the organisation to work more and better with customer feedback
  • Be a close sparring partner for the Client Management Leadership Team
  • Work directly with stakeholders across the bank – Client Management is anchored in Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, and you will have frequent interactions with key stakeholders in all markets

About you:

  • A higher education
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, including communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, can-do attitude and with the ability to work in a self-sustained manner
  • Structured, attentive to detail and with a high level of integrity and accountability
  • Some years of experience in the financial sector, ideally in any of the main corporate banking product areas or with process mapping
  • Advanced English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
