Head of KYC-Team Vilnius (temporary contract)

Here is an opportunity to join LC&I CFO First Line Financial Crime Risk unit. We are looking for a self-driven team manager that would enjoy leading and coaching our ambitious KYC team in the daily work within the AML area, together with the client organization.

In the role you have the opportunity to:

• Build and maintain a network internally and towards our stakeholders;

• Help the AML Analysts develop a relationship with the client organizations;

• Help AML Analysts plan and structure their daily work;

• Take the lead in frequent meetings and be responsible for delivering statistics;

• Be part of and, also at times, responsible for different projects and recognize that the group has sufficient knowledge to perform their assignments;

• Work closely and collaborate with the other teams within First Line Financial Crime Risk to develop and improve the KYC processes.

What is needed in this role:

We are looking for candidates that are truly interested in people and share our vision that performing a compliant KYC is not a one man show. We are looking for candidates that see and work for the common goal and are willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and intense work environment.

We believe that you have/are:

• At least 3 years of experience within KYC/AML area.

• Have leadership experience or willing to work on building leadership experience.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to set, visualize and motivate toward common goals

• Collaborative and self-driven

• Truly interested in people

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages, spoken and written, and have a relevant education.
