Responsibilities:

• Work closely with central Procurement team to ensure seamless execution processes (related work experience would be useful);
• Be the main point of contact for our sourcing managers and procurement specialists with regard to order processing and invoice payments;
• Create Purchase Orders (PO), communicate relevant information to suppliers, and address invoice issues;
• Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of relevant supplier data in procurement systems (mainly SAP);
• Continuously aim to reduce manual work where possible and seek out process improvements;
• Be a role model of Yara culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority, including Yara's Corporate social responsibility and code of conduct.
