Head of Change Management & Administration Team

I am Jurgita Karciauskaite looking for Head of Change management & Administration Team in Enterprise Competence Center (ECC). This team aimed at ensuring consolidation and optimization of all administrative tasks as well as coordinating other efficiency driving projects within ECC, this playing important role in speed and quality of service delivery to our customers. Also at ensuring all sales orders of the frontline enterprise (B2B) sales staff across Lithuania are executed on time and with the highest quality. Operations team is also to provide valuable insights to all parts of organization so we all could continually improve our performance.

In order to excel in this role, you need to understand the ways to standardize and optimize various administrative tasks as well as related processes, the service we are providing, complexity of the systems and diversity of responsibilities, have very good communication skills and persuasion skills to make changes happen and experience in people management. We offer you a challenging and interesting position within our department where you will need to master diverse responsibilities, collaboration challenges and maintain client and efficiency orientated view to deliver on expectations.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspire, grow and nurture the team of 7 direct reports and around 20 employees in total
• Review and analyze administrative tasks and processes of all department, identify standardization and improvement possibilities
• Convert identified gaps into process improvement projects that deliver breakthrough results, boost simplicity and reduce effort to customer of daily operations
• Prepare roadmap for improvement initiatives, measure, analyze, improve and report on progress
• Manage areas of customer complaints and corrections as well as investments for enterprise clients
• Ensure the excellent customer experience, high quality, smooth and efficient day-2-day operations
• Collaborate with organization in order to constantly reduce effort to customer of daily tasks
• Proactively identify opportunities for business scalability through initiatives such as simplification, automation and standardization
• Establish best practice for workload management and measurement

Who are you?

You have:

• Engaging leadership style, focus on developing people and making them perform at their best
• Experience with process optimization and organizational efficiency
• Firm understanding and experience of standardization and process improvement techniques
• Ability to exercise influence without authority
• Change management skills (in both people and operations context)
• Good communication skills and English, both verbal and written

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 2500-3500 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
