You will work in a non-traditional banking environment closely with business analysts, architects, leaders and data scientists in a modern, cross-border/multicultural team.
As the bank faces increasing demand for reporting to authorities for the foreseeable future, we’re focusing on building automated systems.
You will be part of the AML Review Tribe and working closely with other colleagues in the Transactional Analysis Model squad, fulfilling its mission. You’ll also belong to the AML Review Data Analytics chapter, where we keep learning and co-creating culture and act as sparring partners for each other. The chapter unites curious experts who utilize technology and risk skills to find data trends to solve business challenges. All this is done following the agile practices for us to become an even Better Bank.

• Analyse data and develop AML Review tools and systems
• Develop and assist deploy Pyspark applications that run Big data streams
• Handle, manipulate data, build models, produce meaningful analysis, establish trends
• Combine raw information from different sources
• Generate reports to deliver insights, including ad hoc data extraction
• Collaborate with other data scientists, analysts and developers to establish data governance, validation and development practices
• Be proactive and a team-oriented person believing that collaboration with colleagues in the critical driver of success
• Create operational and insightful actions toward our digital banking strategy

• Experience with Python and Pyspark
• Have an academic background in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
• Experienced working with systems producing and consuming large amounts of data, ETL tools – Hadoop, MS SQL or similar
• Confident in supporting the entire model life cycle, i.e., from development to production and maintenance
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to make decisions in a rather complex environment
• Experienced in working with Agile methodologies
• Would be considered as a benefit: Experience working with the cloud; Azure, AWS or similar; Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau
• Advanced English language skills
