Better requires process discipline and simplification

Monitor compliance to the Change process, receive, filter, categorize changes in collaboration with the initiator, and return incomplete or incorrect RFC to the initiator. Coordinate with all necessary individuals on the timing of changes, ensure an adequate review of changes takes place, and that change records are being correctly closed. Coach the process users in the correct use of process and tool, provide support to the teams as needed, and address process issues with other departments when needed. Work with Problem Management to follow up with Changes that caused issues.

What will make you stand out:

• To perform this role, you need 2+ Years of IT Change Management experience.

• ITIL certification preferred .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable able to work in ambiguous situations.

• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

The monthly gross base salary is from 1784 - 2880 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
