Demand coordinator

Telia is continuing its journey to boost business agility with implementing new way of developing products and services. We are excited to see how implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) helps us to build transparency, visibility and increasing delivery quality. Therefore, we are looking for a Demand Coordinator to help us.

My name is Indrė Stasiulytė and I am Head of Demand Management. I am looking for a curious person who would join us and coordinate quarterly product and service development demand planning and execution. 

Your next challenge?

I want to offer you an opportunity to become a trusted liaison among demand owners and delivery teams that need to agree on most important quarterly objectives. You would step in to organize and coordinate execution level planning events (e.g. demand reviews, delivery pre / post planning events, epic refinements) and foster operational excellence.

You are s-p-e-c-i-a-l. Because you know how to make two kids happy when there is only one toy to play with. And you know how to make them do daily routines that bring lots of benefits but tend to be a bit boring when repeated. I bet that you also:

• be able to work independently and liable can transcend your ego to reach common goals
• adjust plans and maintain the course when unexpected situations occur

And probably your experience:

• is built from project / portfolio management, scrum, RTE, product ownership or cross-functional team management
• started at least 3 years ago and have track record of achievements
• strong communication skills

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting from 3000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
