Project Manager

I am Auksė Vaškevičienė and I am leading the Project Management Office at Telia Lietuva. We are here to reinvent better connected living. Now we are looking for a project manager to join our team and bring performance, quality of business initiatives delivery to the new high.

Your next challenge?

Your primary duties would be:

• Manage business and technological initiatives based on the organization's guidelines and in alignment with global standards by using best practices.

• Use formal processes and tools to secure, manage resources, as well as budgets, risks and changes.

• Effective communication with delivery teams and stakeholders to build consensus in a rapidly changing environment.

• Solve complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions.

• Work in a mixed environment with best bits from Agile and Classical project management frameworks.

• Actively participate in professional knowledge sharing activities.

Who are you?
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English with good communication skills, enjoy teamwork and dynamic job environment. Possession of eagerness to deliver best project result is a must.

Your personality:

• Foster a sense of energy, ownership and personal commitment to the work;

• Can address customer needs and have proven capabilities to motivate, manage and develop team members;

• Are open to different views, backgrounds and personalities.

• Self-motivating and independent, able to mentor colleagues with less experience.

Your experience:

• Have a university degree;

• Have 3-5 years working experience as a project manager in IT and/or telecommunications area, managing projects with medium to high complexity;

• Can operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure;

• Can organize work in situations with a lot of ambiguities.

We offer a monthly base salary from 2,500 Eur (gross) to 3,900 Eur (gross) depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
