Information Security Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and business oriented Information Security Manager to begin an exciting and challenging experience with Intrum Global Business Services. In this role you will help to keep ISO 27K certificate going forward (re-certification and improvement), proceed under the Intrum group's strategy, adherence best practices and the efficiency of implemented security controls, will guide and share recommendations with Local information security officers in Vilnius unit.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advise internal and external stakeholders for information security matters
• Register, monitor and coordinate security incident activities for major local security incidents
• Plan and monitor Group coordinated security program, including risk assessments
• Support the design of an IT Security roadmap based on Intrum business requirements and best practices, especially based on ISO 27K standard
• Drive ISO 27k standard improvement and re-certification program across the Company
• Support audits and follow up findings
• Advise as an IT Security subject matter expert about risk and risk mitigation across organization
• Monitor and drive improvement processes across the Company together with system/application technical owners, 3rd party services providers and Local information security officers

About you:

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken is a must
• Knowledge of ISO 27K standard is a plus
• Proven experience in an information security related function
• Working experience in Risk management/Internal or external IT security audits/security testing of applications/Identity and Access Management
• Familiarity with at least one of the following security standards ISO 27001/27002, NIST-CF, COBIT, PCI-DSS or similar
• Broad conceptual understanding of IT systems, networks and application security
• CISM or CRISC or CISSP or other security certifications is an advantage

Salary:

From 3100 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
