YOUR TASKS
- Processing complex external and internal customer orders through the whole process chain, as well as monitoring Kanban control loops for the customer, or controlling consignment movements within contexts that are defined in part;
- Ensuring the delivery of complex customer orders to the customer, by setting daily, weekly and monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting the production plan. Raising awareness for customer call-off fluctuations as well as demand decreases/increases that affect production;
- Clarifying root causes for delivery delays and communicating the adjusted delivery schedule to the customer. Joining customer visits for any operational clarifications;
- Arranging for the necessary activities to prevent bottleneck situations that come to light in the sales planning taking care about long term APO planning;
- Be responsible for reporting relevant results and key figures at management level from your interface between Sales, Project Management, Production, and Logistics.
- Support the process of converting sales planning into production planning and will control the phase-in/phase-out planning tasks that are relevant for logistics.
- Area of responsibility will also include contributing planning input for cost and turnover planning.
- Determining, entering and managing IT-based master data for the area of responsibility;
Actively checking customer portals for new logistics requirements, customer performance evaluations and logistical claims as well as initiating necessary actions; - Contributing to the achievement of planned finished goods stock levels for complex current projects, as well as complex ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and ECNs. Contributing to the support of long-term demand planning & capacity planning by proactively informing all relevant internal planning positions about changes to customer requirements.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in industrial engineering in the field of logistics or engineering;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain management, operational plant logistics or project management;
- Knowledge of the SD and APO SAP modules or similar ERP system would be advantage;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Purposeful and structured work approach, the ability to assert yourself well and a hands-on mentality, a highly committed and proactive attitude.

HELLA Lithuania gamykla pastatyta nuo nulio. Plyno lauko investicijos pranašumai leido pasinaudoti įvairių HELLA gamyklų patirtimi ir gerosios praktikos pavyzdžiais, kaip pvz. naujausias HELLA elektronikos komponentų gamyklos išplanavimas.
HELLA Lithuania gamyklos statybos prasidėjo 2017 m. spalio mėnesį netoli Kauno oro uosto. Praėjus maždaug dešimt mėnesių, 2018 m. rugpjūčio mėn., pradėta pirmoji serijinė elektronikos komponentų, skirtų HELLA apšvietimo padaliniui, gamyba.
