Currently we are looking for PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT for summer period (3 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with central Procurement team to ensure seamless execution of S2C (Source to Contract) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
• Be the main point of contact for our sourcing managers and procurement specialists with regard to order processing and invoice payments
• Secure correct storage and classification of negotiated procurement contracts
• Execute P2P process in line with Yara buying rules
• Create Purchase Orders (PO), communicate relevant information to suppliers, and address invoice issues
• Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of relevant supplier data in procurement systems (mainly SAP)
• Continuously aim to reduce manual work where possible and seek out process improvements
• Be a role model of Yara culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority, including Yara's Corporate social responsibility and code of conduct

Salary range

We offer base salary from 1285 Eur to 1928 Eur/month gross (before taxes)
