Better starts and ends with the customer

As a part of Settlement Operations team which handles Western Union's business products and serves our agencies worldwide you will take responsibility for producing accurate daily settlement, reporting and reconciliation of different accounts, resolving exceptions and handling other product related processes. You will collaborate with business partners and agents worldwide, analyze and respond to their inquiries.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have: 

• Fluency in English language both written and spoken

• Proficiency with MS Excel

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Strong at analyzing data and attention to details with great sense of responsibility

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment

• Degree or working toward a degree in accounting or similar field would be considered as an advantage

The monthly gross base salary range is 907 – 1255 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
