Platform Engineer

You will be part of high performing team responsible for building best in class Developer Experience and facilitating efficient Software Delivery.

Your next Challenge?   

• Building and Operating state-of-art DevSecOps platform and tooling
• Automating yourself daily, so you can pick up new challenges and learn new things constantly
• Researching Best Development practices and exposing it via Development Platforms
• Collaborating with Developer Community and building great Developer Experience 
• Analyzing system/processes and initiating necessary improvements and changes

Your personality

• Strong collaboration and communication skill

Your experience:  

• Comfortable working in Unix environment
• CI/CD hands-on experience (preferably Github Actions or Gitlab CI)
• Scripting/Automation skills (Bash/Python)  
• Container technologies (Docker or similar)
• Understanding how software development processes work

It's not necessary, but would be a plus to have at least one of the following competences:

• Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform)
• Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Developer Tools (e.g. SonarQube, Maven, npm, tfsec, etc.)
• Container Platforms (e.g. Kubernetes)

• Configuration management tools(e.g. Ansible)
• Non-scripting programming languages and/or frontend development (e.g., Go, Java, Typescript, etc.)

We offer a monthly base salary from 2 986 EUR to 4 479 EUR (salary gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
