As a Supervisor, you will manage a team of Analysts who are investigating digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. People-oriented and adaptable, you will be responsible for employee performance, development, and problem-solving. We'll be looking to you to initiate process improvements, take responsibility in leading operational projects and to oversee change management. You'll make a difference by ensuring transparent communication between different levels of employees as well as creating and maintaining relationships with other departments.

To succeed in this role, you'll have a bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in a management role, ideally from a fraud monitoring or payments background. You'll navigate Microsoft Office programs with ease and enjoy creating reports and analyzing data. Additionally, you'll be flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1784 – 2881 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
