We are looking for a collaborative and motivated professional to become a Team Leader for the team of 6 employees responsible for internal quality control execution, quality improvement and risk event (incident) management in Sanction Screening Continuous Development (SSCD) Unit within Sanctions and PEP Screening (SPS) area. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team in their daily work. While being responsible for the quality, delivery, and other performance targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction and continuous development.
As a Leader, you should be focused on your employees’ development, quick at solving problems, and ready to collaborate. What is more, you will also be a part of a great managers’ team, which will empower you to grow both personally and professionally.
It is a temporary contract for period of 1,5 years with the possibility to become permanent.
Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority of the role.

You will:
- Coordinate, motivate, and ensure engagement, skill growth, team development
- Performe root cause and trends analysis and apply process improvements based on it
- Ensure high level of quality of services provided by your team
- Drive process optimization and improvements with high focus on quality
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with stakeholders of all seniority levels within the bank
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- 1+ years of experience in quality control and/or quality assurance
- Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of seniority
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Thinking creatively and keen interest in motivating improvements and developing your team
- Methodical mindset
- Flexibility and motivation in a fast-changing environment
- Experience working in Lean environment would be appreciated
- Advanced english both in verbal and writing
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2920 EUR to 4380 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
