Description
Partnership & Local Support Unit will take our partnership relations to the next level and will be key responsible for establishing new beneficial partner relations, maintaining brilliant relations with existing partners, having incoming partner sales leads handled, running efficient trainings and events for partners and clients.
Our team is expanding and we are looking for a new team member. This is the time full of new opportunities and chances to stand up and bring out the best in you!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high quality partner relations with allocated key partners by using efficiently remote ways of communication.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure end-customer and partner satisfaction.
- Give input to various offers, value propositions.
- Meet key partners on a regular basis as defined by the working principles of Partnership and Local Support team.
- Find new target partners from the market.
- Contribute to Luminor success through effective partnership relations enabling the achievement of sales results and customer portfolio growth.
- Fulfill personal targets and team targets.
- Organize cooperation events with partners (seminars, webinars, open doors, handling Collective Mind initiative).
- Training partners on Credit and Savings topics
- Participate in events organized by the partner.
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
Skills and Experience:
- Successful track record of sales experience of 1-2 years
- B2B sales and active sales skills
- Banking product knowledge
- Ideating and proposing new solutions
- Business mindset
- Proactivity and readiness to take ownership
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility, openness to change, collaboration, communication
- Customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language, Russian and English
