We invite you to join us as an Operations Officer in Buying&Owning Real Estate HUB, where you will have an opportunity to expand your knowledge in the banking sector, work with colleagues internationally and enable your Danish language skills.
Teams in our department are responsible for handling various tasks when Danske Bank private customers are buying or selling a property. Our team’s mission is to support the refinancing process for Danish private customers. You will be responsible for many different tasks, such as document preparation, new loan disbursement, repayment, termination of loans, and all other administrative tasks related to established loans.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role. In addition, a monthly language bonus is applicable depending on your language level.

You will:
- Process various refinancing and loan administration tasks for private customers in the Danish market
- Communicate daily with advisors and colleagues in Danish and English
- Handle emails and documents and take actions according to the content
- Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality services for our customers
- Participate in migrations and processes improvement
About you:
- Previous back office or administrative work experience
- Danish language skills, speaking, writing and understanding – A2 level or above (we provide a monthly language bonus and a possibility to attend courses for language level improvement)
- Upper-Intermediate English skills
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Team player with drive and commitment to deliver high quality on time
- Ability to take ownership of the tasks and focus on the customer journey
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
