HR Generalist

We are looking for a responsible, attentive, people loving person, as a colleague to join our growing HR force!
As an HR Generalist you will be part of Vilnius HR team and your main tasks will be:

• Successfully onboard / off-board employees by adhering to both local and global processes and policies.
• Issue / maintain all employee documentation.
• Manage all leaves and absences.
• Input / maintain all employee information on Coherent Solutions’ internal systems.
• Ensuring that all company employees are familiar with local policies and regularly updating the staff on it.
• Be a point of contact for Lithuania’s employees on HR related questions.
• Leading retention/exit interviews.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects / initiatives in HR field.

We expect you

• have at least 2 years of experience in similar role (HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Admin, or similar).
• have a University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Economics or similar field.
• can demonstrate good working knowledge in accordance to Lithuania’s Labour Law.
• have great communication skills and are attentive to detail.
• are able to think analytically and process a large amount of information
• are able to implement ideas based on human resource trends and successful practices
• are process-oriented.
• are fluent Lithuanian and English language.

You will be rewarded with the salary starting from 2000 EUR gross monthly. The final offer will depend on your experience and knowledge you bring to the company.
