Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Develop Renewables' remuneration policies in alignment with general company policies, tailor standards and general practices to fit specific needs of Ignitis Renewables.
• Ensure implementation of total remuneration policies in renewable energy companies according to the Business strategy and market trends.
• Support managers on compensation related issues at Ignitis Renewables.
• Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations at Ignitis Renewables.
• Build the positive experience of Ignitis renewables People and foster organizational culture.
• Understand the changing needs of the business and drive the field of responsibility accordingly.
• Plan, execute the budget needed to ensure the smooth activities of area of the responsibilities.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits area. Experience in international contexts would be considered as an advantage.
• Have proven experience in HR and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Are able to conceptualize and build long term solutions;
• Have the ability to explain complex subjects in an understandable way.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Are self-driven, result-oriented and curious.
