Job description

Manage supply needs and solves problems as they arise;
Be responsible for planning and leading day-to-day delivery activities of cross-functional teams to make things happen;
Collaborate with manufacturing plants and other functional stakeholders to match the inventory with demand;
Research and identify prospective suppliers;
Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions;
Check databases, keep records, and enter compliance information;
Create and maintain a positive and trustworthy community image and respectful attitude;
Perform other relevant duties and/or special assignments as required.

Requirements

2+ years experience in similar role;
Experience working in manufacturing would be an advantage;
Sense of ownership and commitment;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing;
Russian language skills – an advantage;
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
