Talent Acquisition Manager (ASG)

Bluebird Nordic provides wet lease services to various integrators, charter brokers, and cargo companies. Serving over 100 airports around the world, the company offers cargo export and import services in Iceland. Bluebird Nordic is equipped with both quality aircraft and experienced pilots with licenses to carry almost all types of cargo, even under low visibility weather conditions. With over 20 years of experience, the company has already established long-standing relationships with such market leaders as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and ASL.

We currently have an engaging role for Talent acquisition manager to join our administration team in Vilnius office. The successful candidate will have full cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing and attracting candidates too interviewing and hiring great talents and on boarding them.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall screening and interviewing process for various positions.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing job descriptions and managing job postings.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods, implement candidate attraction ideas.
• Collaborate with different hiring managers.
• Manage candidates’ experience through professional interviews and timely feedback.
• Work on employer branding to attract best talents.
• Actively participate in employees on boarding process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience of being involved in the recruitment process.
• Experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Good facilitation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible working style, good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian written and spoken skills.
