Relentless pursuit of better
You will be a part of our highly motivated team of credit risk specialists, working with the North American market in the North American shift. You will be joining a cross-functional team and it will be your responsibility to contact Western Union's agents to determine possible agent fraud or reasons for non-payment and obtain payment commitment. You'll need to adapt your approach where required and confidently handle situations as well as to conduct extensive research depending on the agent's response. You will be developing and implementing best fraud mitigation and collection practices and using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service experience
Flexible and adaptable
Fluent in English
Spanish language would make you stand out but is not necessary
Advanced problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, multitasking
Experience in accounting or collections preferred
Attention to detail
Being flexible with the shifts
Please note that the shifts starts at 3pm, Monday to Friday.

The monthly gross salary is1331–2095 EUR. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
