We are looking for a passionate candidate to fill in our Project Analyst position in the Global Agent Oversight Strategy & Programs Office.
Main responsibilities for the role:
Assist with governance of our Compliance Program Review program for new, and existing Agents of Western Union, and its affiliates.
Provide support and training to Western Union Compliance Officers to implement an effective AML/CFT and Anti-Fraud Compliance program.
Evaluate internal processes and controls for programs and agents through analysis
Escalate compliance-related risk matters diligently and in a timely manner.
Assist the teams in the overall development of effective compliance programs, globally and regionally.
Partner with teams to understand project specific deliverables and opportunities.
Assist with execution of strategic initiatives, review and understand the requirements, and track the tasks to ensure their deliverable according to timelines.
For such a significant role, we require you to have:
Excellent English language skills
Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to help drive delivery, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives from initiation of a project to its implementation.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to articulate risks/issues and accurately analyze any issues to help drive solutions. w years of experience within the AML or Compliance field.
Ability to work independently and have strong time management skills.
Ability to understand laws and regulations related to AML/CTF and Anti-Fraud can potentially impact our program procedures and processes.
Proficiency with all common Office programs such as: MS Excel, Word, Outlook (but not limited to).
Previous experience managing small projects and/or strong communication and interpersonal skills will definitely make you stand out.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1524 – 2398 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
